I'm unable to set correctly the server configuration

I've entered all the informations but I still have an alert saying: it appears your setting are incorrect or you server is unavailable. Please check your settings and your server status then try again.

In fack the only things I'm not sure in the informations is the Root folder game install.
I've put : /aah/System/
I'm with www.gameservers.com

Try it with just aah. The program puts in the /System on its own.

ahhh well it doesn't work either.
I've already tried it hehe I've tried a lot of combination.

That make me doubt about the field : FTP Adresse/serverIp
I've wrote in simply the ip: 208.167.232.163
It's supposed to be ok ??
If yes... damn seriously I don't know what could be the problem.

What version of Internet Explorer do you have?

Also double check your user name and password.

Another thing you can try to make sure it is working is put this line into Internet Explorer and see if you can connect.

ftp://USERNAME:@

my version is 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519

I have also set the firewall of window to left the programs running free.

In fact Im able to acceed to the ftp by my explorer, but not with your software.
I've try too to use the ftp://USERNAME:@ in the field FTP Adresse/serverIp and it doesn't do anything more.

I don't know why it can't acceed to the ftp.

I'm not sure either but if you can not connect using that address then there is an issue between your computer and the server. The program uses that format to check to see if it can reach the ftp which verifies the information.
